Finca Benimarco is set within the scenery of one of the Costa Blanca’s most beautiful nature reserves. Surrounded by nature and views, it is nonetheless close to the beaches and private little coves of the coastline near the charming little resort towns of Teulada, Moraira, Benissa and Calpe. This northern part of the Costa Blanca, characterised by limestone cliffs, pine-covered mountains and fertile valleys, offers an excellent balance between lively coastal villages and the peaceful ambience of the country areas immediately inland from here.

The main house, Casa Rodolfo, is a spacious home of 200m2 that was renovated in 2002. a wooden carport provides covered parking for two cars, while the property offers additional parking spaces. Also featuring a workshop, the carport could easily be converted into an enclosed garage.

All have intimate terraces from which visitors can enjoy the surrounding views in peace and privacy. This area also contains a small bar area currently used as a tapas bar bistro.

The largest of the cottages, Casa Roberto, is a fully furnished guest cottage of 85m2 that is designed to cater for up to four people. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge dining room, a kitchen with washing machine, satellite digital television and a safety deposit box, it offers a high standard of facilities and comforts within a rustic setting.

Split over two floors, Casa Brigida offers a slightly different ambience, with each floor offering an area of 70m2 that caters to up to four people. The ground floor contains two bedrooms, a very large bathroom, a lounge dining room, kitchen with laundry, and satellite digital television and safety deposit box. On the first floor is a further apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge dining room, kitchen, laundry, terrace and satellite digital tv and safe box.

With a spacious main home and guest accommodation for up to 12 people in total, this charming rural property offers an ideal country getaway full of space and privacy, or a family home with the capacity to provide additional rental income from the cottages.
